President and Co-founder
Greenwood is responsible for the company’s overall strategic planning and direction, which is centered on providing the technology for clients to accurately score the behavior patterns of the customer lifecycle. Greenwood oversees GDS Link’s business development, sales operations and marketing direction to ensure the delivery of customer-holistic risk management technologies.
Greenwood has more than 20 years of experience in the risk management industry, in which time he has provided clients with the expertise and guidance to design, implement and manage their enterprise risk management platforms.
Duhoux’s responsibilities encompass the company’s software development and solutions architecture.
Duhoux spent 10 years prior to GDS Link at Experian-Scorex, working out of both the Dallas office and the company’s Monaco location. After serving as a developer in Monaco, Duhoux transferred to the U.S. to become Director of Architecture and Advanced Solutions. During his career, he has designed and implemented enterprise decision systems throughout the world for Fortune 100 companies that include Bank of America, Washington Mutual and Dell.
EVP of Business Development
With more than 30 years devoted to credit risk management in consumer lending, Alterman now oversees GDS Link’s new business initiatives, assists in sales and product development and directs the company’s consulting services.
Before joining GDS Link, Alterman was Senior Vice President of Product Management and New Business Development for Teletrack, Inc. His responsibilities at Teletrack, Inc. included spearheading product development, data enrichment and analytics, relationship retention with sister companies and third parties and consultative support.
Prior to Teletrack, Inc., Alterman was Director of RSA Banking and of CRM Solutions for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where he administered the account management for three of the largest banks in the Republic of South Africa. His role included overseeing the development of an event-based consumer management platform for South Africa’s largest financial institution as well as contract negotiations, customer support and dispute resolution.
Alterman’s background also includes hands on risk management experience at American Express Centurion Bank, the credit card division at First National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Retail Services Inc.
Director, GDS Link Argentina
Vercinsky manages the Latin American operation of GDS Link based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His responsibilities include managing the partnership with Soft Office – Emerix, the leading Collection Solutions provider in Argentina. GDS Link and Soft Office provide software and scoring model development to support the full credit life cycle with a certified quality and delivery process.
Vercinsky started in the risk management and analytics industry in 1994 at AIS, a Spanish scoring development company. In 1996 he built his startup company called ADDO, which was sold to Experian in 1998. After selling his company to Experian, Vercinsky also worked internally for the company where he was responsible for expanding their client base, participating in acquisitions, implementing and managing projects and scoring models in fourteen countries in Latin America.
Managing Director, GDS Link Eurasia
Kubilay manages the Eurasia operations of GDS Link through the Istanbul office.
Before joining GDS Link, Kubilay worked for KKB, the credit bureau of Turkey, as its Chief Executive Officer. During his eight years with KKB, Kubilay led the team that secured a significant increase in credit bureau inquiry volume as well as developed the commercial bureau function and several value-added products that turned KKB into an internationally-accepted success story. Prior to KKB, Kubilay worked as an EVP responsible for Risk Management, MIS and Financial Control functions in Turkish and international banks.
Managing Director, GDS Link Europe
Salamanca manages the GDS Link Modellica team through the Madrid office and collaborates with banks, finance houses and telecom operators to enhance their full risk management cycle, from origination to collections.
In 2004 Salamanca founded Modellica as an independent company specializing in scoring and decision support software. In 2008 Modellica joined the Scoresoft Group of companies, which merged with GDS Link in 2011.
Salamanca began his career in credit risk in 1991, taking on the role of Decision Systems Manager with Crédit Agricole. In 1994 Salamanca joined Scorex, later Experian-Scorex, as country manager for Spain and Portugal. For three years he performed these duties along with his duties as COO for Experian Bureau de Crédito, one of the two Spanish credit reference agencies.
Managing Partner, GDS Direct
Giannantoni is responsible for GDS Link Direct, which supports the ability to implement and manage a real-time credit bureau from the ground up. He also looks after GDS Link’s sales activities in Italy, the Indian sub-continent and Africa.
Giannantoni has global experience in the credit bureau sector in different geographies including, but not limited to, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia and Italy.
Giannantoni’s background includes working for American Express, where he was Director of Acquiring Business, several years with the Experian Credit Bureau Italy and serving as the Head of Credit Bureau for Experian Analytics EMEA region.
Managing Partner, GDS Link Asia
Hachez manages GDS Link’s Asia operations in its office in the Philippines in the city of Makati.
In addition to his day-to-day GDS Link responsibilities, Hachez is a Consulting Black Belt at Banco De Oro, the largest bank in the Philippines. His task is to launch a Lean Six Sigma program that will drive process improvements and increased customer satisfaction across the bank with the goals of modernization and automation.
Prior to GDS Link, Hachez worked at GE Capital for 11 years. His last assignment for GE Capital was as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice-President for a full-service thrift bank in the Philippines. Brian automated risk and underwriting processes in 16 countries for GE affiliates in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Brian’s experience in all these positions has made him an expert in emerging market credit risk.
Managing Director, GDS Link UK
Hale heads GDS Link’s operations in the UK (also covering Ireland and Scandinavia).
He began his career training as an Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co before joining the credit risk team at Nationwide Building Society where he worked on credit scorecard development, deployment and strategy design and monitoring across the customer lifecycle for all consumer credit products. Hale joined Scorex in 1995 and ran the Business Development team, working with Banks, Finance Houses, Telcos and Utilities to deploy and monitor scoring solutions. When Scorex was acquired by Experian, Hale was appointed UK Business Development Director for the combined Decision Analytics business.
VP of Delivery
Graeme Thompson joined GDS Link in 2016 and is the company’s Vice President of Delivery. Thompson’s primary focus is to oversee the growth and expansion of GDS Link’s global delivery and operations team.
Thompson has more than 20 years of experience as an engineer, working in semiconductor design and software development. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience leading international software development and product certification teams. Thompson is a specialist in system integration.
Prior to joining GDS Link, Thompson worked for GEC Plessey Semiconductors in the United Kingdom and STMicroelectronics in France before moving to the company’s Dallas office in 1998. In 2001, Thompson was named a team leader and then Certification Manager in 2005. Thompson managed a team based both in Dallas and India.
Thompson graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.
Board Member, GDS Link
O’Connor is a non-executive director of GDS Link. He has more than 30 years of experience working for and advising many credit scoring, analytics and software companies. As a co-founder of Scoresoft (2004), O’Connor has been closely involved with GDS Link from its inception.
O’Connor started his career in the U.K. where he developed and implemented credit scoring solutions across the finance house and bank branch network of the TSB. He then helped start up Scorelink, a credit scoring division of Infolink that later became part of Equifax U.K. Michael moved to Monaco in 1991, having joined the Scorex group where he was responsible for business development of new markets. He grew the Scorex business in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia before leaving his position as Head of Global Sales and Marketing for Experian-Scorex in 2003.
Chief Financial Officer
Hutchison is the Finance Director of the GDS Link Group, based in the Monaco office.
He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London and joined Scorex in 1995, later becoming Finance Director. Prior to joining GDS Link, Hutchison worked for the Scoresoft Group where he acted as a financial adviser to various investments including Creditinfo, Compuscan and Fraudscreen.
Board Member, GDS Link
Since 1982, Platts has provided advanced analytics to the financial services industry.
In 1988, Platts joined Scorex in Bradford and built the organization into a global brand name before overseeing the sale to Experian in 2003.
From 2003-2006, Platts was the CEO of the combined Experian-Scorex, the Decision Support arm of Experian formed by the combination of Experian Decision Solutions and Scorex.
Since 2006, Platts and Scoresoft have invested in many businesses specializing in credit bureau and lending businesses around the world.
Antonio Garcia Rouco
General Manager, GDS Link Europe
Rouco oversees the business strategy and operations of GDS Link Europe with full profit and loss account responsibility in the territory. The main goal of the team is to be able to help customers to leverage data to drive smarter decisions in an easy, holistic and dynamic way.
Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Rouco has more than 23 years of experience in design and implementation business strategy combined with people development.
With dynamic business development skills in the last 19 years, Rouco has held executive leadership positions for different multinational companies heading from Operations, Sales and Marketing to General Management. He has served for more than nine years as Continental Europe General Manager in FICO (former Fair Isaac Corporation). Previously he held full P&L responsibility for the Banking and Insurance markets at Sopra/Steria (French multinational leader in digital transformation) and spent more than nine years heading Sales in Equifax Credit Bureau.
Along his career Rouco has advised business organizations in Europe and Latin-America on how to implement procedures and decisional technology to allow them to get new markets, accelerate growth and boost profit.
Rouco serves as a member of the board in several companies and writes and speaks frequently in business and specialized magazines and media events.
VP of Global Technical Services
Earl Cartwright joined GDS Link in 2017 and is the company’s VP of Global Technical Services. Cartwright’s primary focus is to oversee the Technical teams who support and operate GDS Link’s global customer solutions.
Cartwright has more than 21 years of experience working in the Financial Services sector delivering and supporting client services, and started his career in Information Technology in 1985 working as a Mainframe programmer.
Prior to joining GDS Link, Cartwright worked for DecisionMetrics for 9 years where he was Technical and Projects Director, and Experian-Scorex for 13 years where he was Head of Technical Services.
Cartwright graduated from Huddersfield University in the United Kingdom.
VP of Software Development
Simon Smith joined GDS Link in 2012. Smith’s primary responsibility is to oversee the development of several of the company’s core products, including DataView360®.
Smith has been in the credit risk industry for more than 15 years. He began his career developing software for Scorex, later Experian-Scorex, in their UK location before transferring to their US location. With both Experian-Scorex and GDS Link, Smith has applied his skills in a wide array of technologies to create and support business critical software solutions used by Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Smith graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.
