President and Co-founder
Paul is responsible for the company’s overall strategic planning and direction, which is centered on providing the technology for clients to accurately score the behavior patterns of the customer lifecycle. Greenwood oversees GDS’ business development, sales operations and marketing direction to ensure the delivery of customer-holistic risk management technologies.
Greenwood has more than 20 years in the risk management industry, providing clients with the expertise and guidance to design, implement and manage their enterprise risk management platforms.
Principal and Co-founder
Yves’ responsibilities encompass the company’s software development and solutions architecture.
Duhoux spent 10 years prior to GDS at Experian-Scorex, working out of both the Dallas office and in the company’s Monaco location. After serving as a developer in Monaco, Duhoux transferred to the U.S. to become director of architecture and advanced solutions. During his career, he has designed and implemented enterprise decision systems throughout the world for Fortune 100 companies that include Bank of America, Washington Mutual and Dell.
EVP of Business Development
With more than 30 years devoted to credit risk management in consumer lending, Rich now oversees GDS Link’s new business initiatives, assists in sales and product development and directs the company’s consulting services.
Before joining GDS, Alterman was senior vice president of product management and new business development for Teletrack Inc. While there his responsibilities included spearheading product development, data enrichment and analytics, relationship retention with sister companies and third parties and consultative support.
Prior to Teletrack, Alterman was director of RSA banking and of CRM solutions for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where he administered the account management for three of the largest banks in the Republic of South Africa. His role included overseeing the development of an event-based consumer management platform for South Africa’s largest financial institution as well as contract negotiations, customer support and dispute resolution.
Alterman’s background also includes hands on risk management experience at American Express Centurion Bank, the credit card division at First National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Retail Services Inc.
Director, GDS Argentina
Gustavo manages the Latin American operation of GDS Link, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His responsibilities include managing our partnership with Soft Office Emerix, the leading Collection Solutions provider in Argentina. GDS Link and Soft Office provide software and scoring model development to support the full credit life cycle with a certified quality and delivery process.
Vercinsky started in the risk management and analytics industry in 1994 at AIS, a Spanish scoring development company. In 1996 he built his startup company called ADDO, which was sold to Experian in 1998. At Experian he was responsible for expanding their client base, participating in acquisitions, implementing and managing projects and scoring models in fourteen countries of Latin America.
Managing Director, GDS Eurasia
Gursel manages the Eurasia operations of GDS through the Istanbul office. Before joining GDS, Gursel worked for KKB, the credit bureau of Turkey, as its chief executive officer. During his eight years with KKB, Kubilay lead the team that secured a significant increase in credit bureau inquiry volume as well as developed the commercial bureau function and several value-added products that turned KKB into an internationally accepted success story. Prior to KKB, Kubilay worked as EVP responsible for Risk Management, MIS and Financial Control functions in Turkish and international banks.
Managing Director, GDS Europe
Angel manages the GDS Modellica team through the Madrid office and collaborates with banks, finance houses and telecom operators to enhance their full risk management cycle, from origination to collections. In 2004 Salamanca founded Modellica as an independent company specializing in scoring and decision support software. In 2008 Modellica joined the Scoresoft Group of companies, and in 2011 the company merged with GDS Link.
Salamanca began his career in credit risk in 1991, taking on the role of Decision Systems Manager with Crédit Agricole. In 1994 Salamanca joined Scorex, later Experian-Scorex, as country manager for Spain and Portugal. For three years he shared these duties with the role of COO for Experian Bureau de Crédito, one of the two Spanish credit reference agencies.
Managing Partner, GDS Direct
Roberto is responsible for GDS Direct, which supports the ability to implement and manage a real-time credit bureau from the ground up. He also looks after GDS sales activities in Italy, Indian sub-continent and Africa.
Giannantoni has global experience in the credit bureau sector in different geographies including, but not limited to, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia and Italy.
Roberto’s background includes working for American Express where he was Director of Acquiring business, several years with the Experian Credit Bureau Italy and the Head of Credit Bureau for Experian Analytics EMEA region.
Managing Partner, GDS Asia
Brian manages GDS’ Asia operations with its office in the Philippines in the city of Makati. In addition to his day-to-day GDS responsibilities, Hachez is a Consulting Black Belt at Banco De Oro, the largest bank in the Philippines. His task is to launching a Lean Six Sigma program that will drive process improvement and increased customer satisfaction across the bank with the goals of modernization and automation.
Prior to GDS, Hachez worked at GE Capital for 11 years. His last assignment for GE Capital was as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice-President for a full-service thrift bank in the Philippines. Brian automated risk and underwriting processes in 16 countries for GE affiliates in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Brian’s experience in all these positions has made him an expert in emerging market credit risk.
Managing Director, GDS Link UK
Keith heads GDS Link’s operations in the UK (also covering Ireland and Scandinavia). He began his career training as an Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co, before joining the credit risk team at Nationwide Building Society where he worked on credit scorecard development, deployment and strategy design and monitoring across the customer lifecycle for all consumer credit products. Keith joined Scorex in 1995 and ran the Business Development team, working with Banks, Finance Houses, Telcos and Utilities to deploy and monitor scoring solutions. When Scorex was acquired by Experian, Keith was appointed UK Business Development Director for the combined Decision Analytics business.
Michael O’Connor is a non-executive director of GDS Link. He has over 30 years of experience working for and advising many credit scoring, analytics and software companies. As a co-founder of Scoresoft (2004), Michael has been closely involved with GDS Link from its inception.
Michael started his career in the U.K. where he developed and implemented credit scoring solutions across the finance house and bank branch network of the TSB. He then helped start up Scorelink, a credit scoring division of Infolink that later became part of Equifax U.K. Michael moved to Monaco in 1991, having joined the Scorex group where he was responsible for business development of new markets. He grew the Scorex business in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, before leaving his position as head of global sales and marketing for Experian-Scorex in 2003.
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce is the Finance Director of the GDS Group, based in the Monaco office. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London and joined Scorex in 1995 later becoming Finance Director. Prior to joining GDS Bruce worked for the Scoresoft Group where he acted as a financial adviser to various investments including Creditinfo, Compuscan and Fraudscreen.
Since 1982, Graham has provided advanced analytics to the financial services industry.
In 1988, Graham joined Scorex in Bradford and built the organization into a global brand name before overseeing the sale to Experian in 2003.
2003-2006, Graham was the CEO of the combined Experian-Scorex, the Decision Support arm of Experian formed by the combination of Experian Decision Solutions and Scorex.
Since 2006, Graham and Scoresoft have invested in many businesses specializing in credit bureau and lending businesses around the world.
