Throughout his career, he has served as a trusted strategic advisor to executives and has taken on a variety of leadership roles within marketing, product management, fraud strategy, and business development.  

With 17 years of combined experience working with global brands, Carlos has an extensive knowledge of Latin American markets and a proven ability to build and execute complex business strategies. He also served as external staff for the World Economic Forum (WEF), participating in their annual Davos meeting.  

Carlos studied business engineering at the Adolfo Ibáñez University where he also earned his masters in human resources with a specialization in management excellence.
