Leading credit risk management software and analytics provider, GDS Link, announced today that Jason Sharma has joined the team as the Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization and leading the company’s commitment to client success.
In this new position, Jason will oversee all services that directly impact the client experience with GDS Link, from new client deployments, professional services, and on-going client support globally. Additionally, Jason will have responsibility for the product and solution management function.
Jason’s background – spanning 20+ years of global technology experience across technology operations, product management, and engineering – and track record of execution positions him well for his new role.

Most recently a key member of Serent Capital’s Growth Team, Jason worked closely with the executive leaders of Serent’s portfolio companies to define and execute value creation initiatives and focused on driving sustained and measurable improvements in revenue acceleration and operational performance.
Prior to joining Serent, Jason was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s Technology practice in Silicon Valley. Prior to McKinsey, Jason led product management in a now-public startup, was a general manager in the tech hardware industry where he introduced 15+ products and grew revenues 5x, and was a senior software engineer developing patented functionalities at Oracle Corporation.
Jason received his BS and Masters of Engineering in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was an Austin Scholar.
