Paul is responsible for the company’s overall strategic planning and direction, which is centered on providing the technology for clients to accurately score the behavior patterns of the customer lifecycle. He oversees GDS Link’s business development, sales operations, and marketing direction to ensure the delivery of customer-holistic risk management technologies. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the risk management industry, in which time he has provided clients with the expertise and guidance to design, implement, and manage their enterprise risk management platforms.
Yves’s responsibilities encompass the company’s software development and solutions architecture.
Yves spent 10 years prior to GDS Link at Experian-Scorex, working out of both the Dallas office and the company’s Monaco location. After serving as a developer in Monaco, he transferred to the U.S. to become Director of Architecture and Advanced Solutions. During his career, Yves has designed and implemented enterprise decision systems throughout the world for Fortune 100 companies that include Bank of America, Washington Mutual, and Dell.
Debbie is from Johannesburg, South Africa where she graduated with an Honors in Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Debbie has over ten years in public accounting having worked at BDO South Africa and RSM (Dallas office). After her public accounting career, she was heavily involved in the due diligence process with OpenText in her role as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Daegis.
Debbie began working for herself as a consultant in 2016 to various businesses, from sole proprietors to $50MM companies. She was a consultant for GDS Link in 2018 before joining as CFO in 2019. Debbie also enjoys devoting time to help arranging a service event on Sept 11th each year, held by the Communities Foundation of Texas for Business.
Rich is passionate about helping the modern lender stay competitive in today’s ever- changing environment. With more than 36 years devoted to credit risk management in consumer lending, Rich leverages his experience to collaborate on GDS Link’s business development, product evolution, credit consulting and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining GDS, Rich was the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Corelogic-Teletrack, the first credit reporting agency focused on the short-term lending industry. While there, Rich spearheaded product development, data enrichment and analytics, consulting and relationship development with sister companies and third parties.
Rich also has served as the Director of RSA banking and CRM solutions for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where he administered the account management for three of the largest banks in the Republic of South Africa. His role included overseeing the development of an event-based consumer management platform for South Africa’s largest financial institution, as well as contract negotiations, and account management.
Lastly, Rich’s background includes risk management experience at American Express Centurion Bank, First National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Retail Services Inc.
Prior to joining GDS Link, Liz spent 20 years with IBM leading marketing initiatives primarily within their consulting services and global business services divisions. Liz is a highly strategic leader with expertise ranging across the entire marketing discipline and often finds herself reaching into nearly every area of the business due to her collaborative and execution driven approach.
Outside of work Liz is mother of two boys, philanthropist and volunteer for causes centered around Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in youth, loves to cook, good wine, and spending time with friends and family.
Keith heads GDS Link’s operations in the UK (also covering Ireland and Scandinavia).He began his career training as an Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co before joining the credit risk team at Nationwide Building Society where he worked on credit scorecard development, deployment and strategy design and monitoring across the customer lifecycle for all consumer credit products. Keith joined Scorex in 1995 and ran the Business Development team, working with Banks, Finance Houses, Telcos, and Utilities to deploy and monitor scoring solutions. When Scorex was acquired by Experian, Keith was appointed UK Business Development Director for the combined Decision Analytics business.
Brian manages GDS Link’s Asia operations in its office in the Philippines in the city of Makati.
In addition to his day-to-day GDS Link responsibilities, Brian is a Consulting Black Belt at Banco De Oro, the largest bank in the Philippines. His task is to launch a Lean Six Sigma program that will drive process improvements and increased customer satisfaction across the bank with the goals of modernization and automation.
Prior to GDS Link, Brian worked at GE Capital for 11 years. His last assignment for GE Capital was as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice-President for a full-service thrift bank in the Philippines. Brian automated risk and underwriting processes in 16 countries for GE affiliates in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Brian’s experience in all these positions has made him an expert in emerging market credit risk.
Antonio oversees the business strategy and operations of GDS Link Europe with full profit and loss account responsibility in the territory. The main goal of the team is to help customers leverage data to drive smarter decisions in an easy, holistic, and dynamic way. As an engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Antonio has more than 23 years of experience in design and implementation business strategy combined with people development.
With dynamic business development skills in the last 19 years, he has held executive leadership positions for different multinational companies heading from Operations, Sales, and Marketing to General Management. Antonio has served for more than nine years as Continental Europe General Manager in FICO (former Fair Isaac Corporation). Previously he held full P&L responsibility for the Banking and Insurance markets at Sopra/Steria (French multinational leader in digital transformation) and spent more than nine years heading Sales in Equifax Credit Bureau.
Along his career Antonio has advised business organizations in Europe and Latin-America on how to implement procedures and decisional technology to allow them to get new markets, accelerate growth, and boost profit.
Antonio serves as a member of the board in several companies and writes and speaks frequently in business and specialized magazines and media events.
Carl is an accomplished global experienced executive who has held senior leadership roles for companies such as Ezcorp Inc., Provident Financial Group, Dollar Financial Group, Lloyds TSB, GE Private Label Credit Cards and Experian Scorex.
He has a proven executive management track record and over 20+ years’ experience delivering consumer lending products offline and online, utilizing complex analytical instruments, and experience in small business portfolio management. Carl has purposely transitioned across prime, subprime and deep subprime lending for the challenge to deliver best in class risk, analytics and profitability across multi-channel products and services.
