Paul is responsible for the company’s overall strategic planning and direction, which is centered on providing the technology for clients to accurately score the behavior patterns of the customer lifecycle. He oversees GDS Link’s business development, sales operations, and marketing direction to ensure the delivery of customer-holistic risk management technologies.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in the risk management industry, in which time he has provided clients with the expertise and guidance to design, implement, and manage their enterprise risk management platforms.

Yves’s responsibilities encompass the company’s software development and solutions architecture.

Yves spent 10 years prior to GDS Link at Experian-Scorex, working out of both the Dallas office and the company’s Monaco location. After serving as a developer in Monaco, he transferred to the U.S. to become Director of Architecture and Advanced Solutions. During his career, Yves has designed and implemented enterprise decision systems throughout the world for Fortune 100 companies that include Bank of America, Washington Mutual, and Dell.

Rich is passionate about helping the modern lender stay competitive in today’s ever- changing environment. With more than 40 years devoted to credit risk management in consumer lending, Rich leverages his experience to collaborate on GDS Link’s business development, product evolution, credit consulting and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining GDS Link, Rich was the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Business Development for Corelogic-Teletrack, the first credit reporting agency focused on the short-term lending industry. While there, Rich spearheaded product development, data enrichment and analytics, consulting and relationship development with sister companies and third parties.

Rich also has served as the Director of RSA banking and CRM solutions for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where he administered the account management for three of the largest banks in the Republic of South Africa. His role included overseeing the development of an event-based consumer management platform for South Africa’s largest financial institution, as well as contract negotiations, and account management.

Lastly, Rich’s background includes risk management experience at American Express Centurion Bank, First National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Retail Services Inc.

James is responsible for the Company’s finance and accounting functions across all global entities.  James has 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, private equity secondaries, and operations.  He was previously COO of Ser Technology, acquired by GDS Link in 2021, and has held senior-level positions in investment banking and consulting.

James believes in creating a culture conducive to balance and performance.  He approaches business strategically relying on logic and practicality.

James is a graduate of the University of Texas with highest honors and lives in Dallas, Texas with his family.  He is an avid traveler, enjoys sand volleyball, and spending time with and without his two kids.

Antonio oversees the business strategy and operations of GDS Link Europe with full profit and loss account responsibility in the territory. The main goal of the team is to help customers leverage data to drive smarter decisions in an easy, holistic, and dynamic way. As an engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Antonio has more than 23 years of experience in design and implementation business strategy combined with people development.

With dynamic business development skills in the last 19 years, he has held executive leadership positions for different multinational companies heading from Operations, Sales, and Marketing to General Management. Antonio has served for more than nine years as Continental Europe General Manager in FICO (former Fair Isaac Corporation). Previously he held full P&L responsibility for the Banking and Insurance markets at Sopra/Steria (French multinational leader in digital transformation) and spent more than nine years heading Sales in Equifax Credit Bureau.

Along his career Antonio has advised business organizations in Europe and Latin-America on how to implement procedures and decisional technology to allow them to get new markets, accelerate growth, and boost profit.

Antonio serves as a member of the board in several companies and writes and speaks frequently in business and specialized magazines and media events.

Gary leads our UK business and is responsible for building a scalable, sustainable, targeted sales model focused on forging lasting client partnerships across a diverse yet highly sophisticated market.  With over 25 years experience in credit risk from system development and solution design through to vendor management and delivery, Gary has the experience and insight necessary to drive complex enterprise sales whilst ensuring clients high expectations are exceeded.

Gary’s experience stretches from First Direct and HBOS, through to Experian Scorex, Provenir, Earnix, FICO and more recently TransUnion UK where he was accountable for UK Software Sales.

Mark is responsible for building a more scalable sales infrastructure globally for GDS Link and bringing GDS Link solutions to market and ultimately our clients. Mark oversees the inside/outside sales teams, lead development, account management and sales engineering teams. With nearly 20 years success and experience in lending technology, origination and capital markets (including Bank of America, Guaranteed Rate & Optimal Blue), Mark brings a unique depth and perspective of loan origination, pricing, risk management and secondary marketing.

Mark has overseen multiple sales organizations with track records of consultatively engaging thousands of lenders of all sizes to scale and optimize profitability and risk.

Carl is an accomplished global experienced executive who has held senior leadership roles for companies such as Ezcorp Inc., Provident Financial Group, Dollar Financial Group, Lloyds TSB, GE Private Label Credit Cards and Experian Scorex.

He has a proven executive management track record and over 20+ years’ experience delivering consumer lending products offline and online, utilizing complex analytical instruments, and experience in small business portfolio management. Carl has purposely transitioned across prime, subprime and deep subprime lending for the challenge to deliver best in class risk, analytics and profitability across multi-channel products and services.
