Duhoux spent 10 years prior to GDS at Experian-Scorex, working out of both the Dallas office and in the company’s Monaco location. After serving as a developer in Monaco, Duhoux transferred to the U.S. to become director of architecture and advanced solutions. During his career, he has designed and implemented enterprise decision systems throughout the world for Fortune 100 companies that include Bank of America, Washington Mutual and Dell.
Antonio García Rouco

Antonio oversees the business strategy and operations of the company in Europe with full profit and loss account responsibility in the territory. The main goal of the team is to be able to help customers to leverage data to drive smarter decisions in an easy, holistic and dynamic way. Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Antonio has 23 years’ experience in design and implementation business strategy combined with people development. With dynamic business development skills in the last 19 years Antonio has held executive leadership positions for different multinational companies heading from Operations, Sales and Marketing to General Management. He has served for 9 years as Continental Europe General Manager in FICO (former Fair Isaac Corporation). Previously he held full P&L responsibility for the Banking and Insurance markets at Sopra/Steria (French multinational leader in digital transformation) and spent 9 years heading Sales in Equifax Credit Bureau. Along his career Antonio has advised business organizations in Europe and Latin-America on how to implement procedures and decisional technology to allow them to get new markets, accelerate growth and boost profit. He serves as a member of the board in several companies and writes and speaks frequently in business and specialized magazines and media events.
Roberto Giannantoni

Roberto is responsible for GDS Direct, which supports the ability to implement and manage a real-time credit bureau from the ground up. He also looks after GDS sales activities in Italy, Indian sub-continent and Africa. Giannantoni has global experience in the credit bureau sector in different geographies including, but not limited to, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia and Italy. Roberto’s background includes working for American Express where he was Director of Acquiring business, several years with the Experian Credit Bureau Italy and the Head of Credit Bureau for Experian Analytics EMEA region.
Rich Alterman
EVP of Business Development
With more than 30 years devoted to credit risk management in consumer lending, Rich now oversees GDS Link’s new business initiatives, assists in sales and product development and directs the company’s consulting services. Before joining GDS, Alterman was senior vice president of product management and new business development for Teletrack Inc. While there his responsibilities included spearheading product development, data enrichment and analytics, relationship retention with sister companies and third parties and consultative support. Prior to Teletrack, Alterman was director of RSA banking and of CRM solutions for Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), where he administered the account management for three of the largest banks in the Republic of South Africa. His role included overseeing the development of an event-based consumer management platform for South Africa’s largest financial institution as well as contract negotiations, customer support and dispute resolution. Alterman’s background also includes hands on risk management experience at American Express Centurion Bank, the credit card division at First National Bank of Boston and Citicorp Retail Services Inc.
Brian Hachez

Brian manages GDS’ Asia operations with its office in the Philippines in the city of Makati. In addition to his day-to-day GDS responsibilities, Hachez is a Consulting Black Belt at Banco De Oro, the largest bank in the Philippines. His task is to launching a Lean Six Sigma program that will drive process improvement and increased customer satisfaction across the bank with the goals of modernization and automation.Prior to GDS, Hachez worked at GE Capital for 11 years. His last assignment for GE Capital was as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice-President for a full-service thrift bank in the Philippines. Brian automated risk and underwriting processes in 16 countries for GE affiliates in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Brian’s experience in all these positions has made him an expert in emerging market credit risk.

Being part of the EMEA&LAC Delivery Team – managing first class customers in a broad spectrum of industries such as banking, telcoms, utilities and insurance – the role requires to design, configure, and test client-specific systems using our company proprietary tool DV360. Gather requirements from customers and propose designs

About the Position
The Software Developer will expand the GDS Link software development team, with the ideal candidate having a strong background and experience in the lending industry and in developing analytics software. This individual will join the Product team to lead the efforts around the development of next generation of analytics products. This position will be based in Madrid, Spain.
